ITINERARY
This incredible coffee experience begins at the Lusitania Coffee Farm; Upon arrival our host will teach us how to prepare and taste a good coffee in the Recua store, from there we will go to the coffee plantation, where we will learn about the varieties and morphological and taxonomic differences of the different varieties of coffee grown on the farm, then we will return to the house where we will enjoy a delicious snack and then each of the participants will prepare a coffee-based drink, which we will taste immediately in order to perceive through our senses the different flavors, fragrances and aromas of our coffee . Next, we will go to the roasting room in order to appreciate the changes that the coffee bean undergoes when it is roasted, as well as learn about the different processing processes (honey, washed and natural), information that will help us get the most out of it. benefit when visiting a coffee shop or specialty stores anywhere in the world by being able to distinguish the different most popular processes and preparation methods (drip coffee maker, French press, Italian coffee maker, aeropress, pour-over , espresso, etc.) both in cold brew and hot drinks.
