Immerse yourself in the coffee tradition at Finca Luger , a family farm where you will experience first-hand the artisanal process that gives life to one of the best cups of coffee in Quindío.
📍 Meeting point: Salento main park
🚙 From here, we will board a Willys Jeep that will take us to the farm, located in a spectacular natural environment.
🌱 Tour of the farm and coffee plantations (Total duration: 2 hours)
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the coffee-growing family, who will share with you their knowledge of Arabica coffee. We will begin with a tour of the coffee plantations, where you will learn about the planting, growth and harvesting of the ripe beans.
🤲 Let's get to work! Take part in the coffee process
• Harvest: Pick ripe beans like local coffee farmers do.
• Processing: Learn about pulping, fermentation and drying of coffee.
• Roasting and grinding: Learn how to roast and grind coffee the traditional way.
